DREAM ~ Disability Justice

Disability Rights, Education, Activism, & Mentoring

DREAM endeavors to create an inclusive and supportive community and to promote disability justice at the University of Maryland School of Social Work and in the community at large.

Diversity

We recognize the diversity of disability, and the cultural and system barriers faced by people with disabilities.

Engagement

We engage people with disabilities and their allies to promote greater awareness and inclusion on campus.

Inclusion

We work to break down structural barriers and advance the inclusion of persons with disabilities within the School of Social Work, the social work profession, and our communities.
