This 90-minute workshop introduces students to the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating and explores how this framework can support a more sustainable, nurturing approach to self-care. Participants will learn simple attunement tools to better understand their basic biological needs and how to meet them with flexibility and compassion. Through guided discussion and reflection, students will examine their current beliefs about food, body, and diets; consider where these beliefs originated; and begin exploring pathways toward a more supportive and trusting relationship with food and body.
