Connected & Thriving is a 4-week initiative designed to help students enhance their social well-being by fostering meaningful relationships of all kinds—friendships, family connections, romantic partnerships, and professional networks. Research consistently shows that feeling connected boosts mental health, reduces stress, and supports academic success.
