This calming sound bath offers a space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with inner stillness through the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle tonal rhythms. Participants are invited to rest comfortably, breathe deeply, and let sound support mental clarity, emotional ease, and full body relaxation. This session is designed as a quiet reset from constant deadlines and overstimulation, creating room to restore balance and return to the week with a lighter mind and steadier energy. All students are welcome to attend, and mats and blankets will be provided while supplies last.
