Tea & Stories: A SWANA & MENA Social

Join us for Tea & Stories: A SWANA & MENA Social, a welcoming gathering inspired by traditions of hospitality from Southwest Asia and North Africa (SWANA) and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

In many SWANA and MENA cultures, sharing tea is a way to slow down, connect, and exchange stories. This social invites students to experience that spirit through a relaxed space for conversation, cultural exchange, and community.

Enjoy tea and pastries while mingling with fellow students and hearing personal stories that reflect the diverse experiences, traditions, and perspectives within SWANA and MENA communities. While the event highlights these cultural traditions, all students are warmly welcome to attend and take part in the conversation.

Come by, meet new people, and share in an afternoon of tea, culture, and storytelling.
