Clifton (he/him) was raised as a proud East coaster attending 13 different schools in 5 states and the District of Columbia, spending much of his formative schooling in New Jersey. Clifton enjoys playing card and board games (especially spades), singing at church, and finding spots in Baltimore to sit and relax.

Clifton looks forward to helping people lead with curiosity and connection to shape their life journey. Clifton has experience student success, human development, and career readiness programming, skill based student engagement, and scaling initiatives like a professional career closet—expanding access from 50 to over 200.

Clifton enjoys using frameworks like design thinking to design fulfilling lives, as well as experience volunteering locally, serving on organizational boards, building affinity space while mentoring and advising students of varying groups. Clifton loves to discuss how all of who we are impact our life experience. If Clifton could tell his college self-anything, he’d say be bold, be curious, and be you to the fullest.
