Facilitated by Clifton Shambry Jr., this workshop aims to help students connect their values to their actions professionally, personally, and academically.

This active workshop is part of the Interpersonal and Inclusive Leadership track of the President’s Student Leadership Institute (PSLI).  

As a result of participating in this experience, students will:

  • Be able to identify at least one top value  
  • Connect one value to their professional, personal or academic journey 
  • Identify one human resource to explore their values in their professional, personal or academic interest 
  • Be able to articulate their values in connection with their professional, personal, or academic interests.  
  • Be able to articulate how their campus involvement and leadership fits 
This workshop will highlight competencies within the NACE Eight Principles including with a focus on critical thinking, career and self-development, and touch upon professionalism.
