Charting Your Course: Goals and Values in Leadership

This is the starting point for your leadership development journey in the President's Student Leadership Institute. You can join whether you're registered for PSLI or not.

In this kick-off workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to step back from your day-to-day responsibilities and think intentionally about where you’re headed as a leader. Through interactive activities, you’ll identify your core values, explore how they relate to your professional identity, and set meaningful leadership goals for the year ahead. You’ll leave with a personalized roadmap to guide your participation in the program and a clear sense of how your unique strengths can make an impact on campus and in your field.
