The transition to graduate and professional school can be exciting, rewarding, and challenging all at once. New academic expectations, increased responsibilities, and unfamiliar environments often bring stress, self-doubt, and feelings of uncertainty. This session will explore the mental and emotional aspects of beginning a new academic journey, helping students recognize common challenges such as imposter syndrome, anxiety, burnout, and fear of failure.

Participants will learn practical strategies for building resilience, maintaining well-being, developing supportive networks, and cultivating a growth mindset that promotes both academic success and personal wellness. Students will leave empowered with tools to navigate change confidently and prioritize their mental health as they embark on the next chapter of their educational and professional journey
