In this two-part training UMB students will learn from Student Counseling Center clinician, Oscar Cortina, LCPC, the basic principles of boundaries and positive communication skills within conflict. Participants can expect to leave with an understanding of the different types of boundaries, how to establish and maintain them using tools and methods for conflict management.
