Details

Sound healing is suitable for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxed state. No prior meditation practice is necessary to enjoy this experience. The sounds from the crystal bowls place the brain and body in meditation with little to no effort. The Student Counseling Center is excited to offer a sound healing meditation session, also known as a sound bath, facilitated by Shabnam Khan. Shabnam is a certified Sound Healer, Critical Care Nurse, and is on the path to receive a holistic nursing degree.
