Join us for an afternoon of exploration and wellness as we learn about the healing power of herbs and tea, while honoring the rich history of women in herbalism.

Facilitating this workshop will be special guest Charlene Muhammad, a wellness practitioner with over 30 years of experience in natural living. Through her practice, Urbanherbalist, she combines formal education and personal experience to guide others toward optimal health using herbal medicine, nutrition, and yoga. Her approach is grounded in a deep, hands-on understanding of traditional healing practices, offering practical wellness tools.
