Membership BenefitsEligibility for membershipAny UMB student may be a member of the ISO and International Post-Doctoral Fellows. ISO does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, creed, religion, or academic standing. (adopted August 8, 2007; revised November 23, 2009).Membership registration and renewal.ISO membership is open at no charge to all current UMB students. Affiliate membership is open to faculty, staff, and UMB alumni, at the price of $5.00 per semester. However affiliate members may not hold officer positions or have voting rights. Each August at New International Student Orientation, new international students will be asked to register their membership. Similarly, returning students will be asked (by e-mail message and USGA posting) to renew their membership on an annual basis. Students may be removed from the active membership list at any time at their written request or by e-mail to the ISO advisor.
International Students Organization has a total of 170 points.
