Shelonda Stokes, President of Downtown Partnership of Baltimore and Executive Director of the Downtown Management Authority, has significantly increased revenues and played a key role in Maryland's relocation of agencies to the Central Business District. Under her leadership, analytics were integrated into service delivery, boosting efficiency. She initiated BOOST, a program supporting minority-owned businesses in Downtown storefronts.
During the COVID-19 recovery, Shelonda co-chaired the Small Business Recovery Taskforce and Mayor Brandon Scott's Business, Workforce, and Neighborhood Development Transition Committee. She now co-chairs a taskforce evaluating development incentives.
Before Downtown Partnership, Shelonda spent 20 years as CEO of greiBO, a marketing and entertainment agency serving global industry leaders. She has received over 85 awards, including the 2022 Influential Marylander designation, the 2022 Whitney M. Young Award, and recognition as a three-time "Top 100 Woman” and the Baltimore Sun identified her as one of the 2021 Faces to Watch.

Following the event, a light reception will be served.
